Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026
Thermedical, Inc. ("Thermedical," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit thermedical.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use this website.
What this policy does not cover
This policy applies to this website only. It does not apply to information collected in a clinical trial. If you take part in a Thermedical-sponsored clinical study, the handling of your health information is governed by the informed consent form you sign, the policies of the institution conducting the study and applicable law, including HIPAA. Nothing in this policy changes those protections.
Please do not send health information
Do not submit personal health information, medical records or details about a specific patient through this website. The contact form is not a secure channel and is not intended for health information.
If you are a patient or a family member seeking treatment, please speak with your physician. If you are a physician with a clinical question about a specific case, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, organization and whatever you choose to write in the message field. We also keep correspondence you send us about clinical collaboration, investigator interest, partnerships or media inquiries.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view, the dates and times of your visits and similar diagnostic data. This site is hosted on Squarespace, which collects this information on our behalf.
Cookies
We and our hosting provider use cookies, which are small files stored on your device, to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. If you refuse cookies, parts of the site may not work as intended.

Legal bases for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on three bases: our legitimate interest in operating this site and responding to inquiries, your consent where you have given it, and compliance with legal obligations.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
Thermedical is located in the United States and information you provide is processed here. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those where you live.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of information that is inaccurate, deletion of your information, a copy in a portable format, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
