This site provides general information about Thermedical, Inc. and the technologies it is developing. It is intended for healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, business partners, investors and members of the media.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Using this site does not create a physician-patient relationship. Patients should consult their own physician about their condition and their treatment options.

4. Regulatory status

The Thermedical Ablation System is 510(k) cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the coagulation and ablation of soft tissue.

Use of the Thermedical Ablation System and the Durablate catheter for the treatment of ventricular tachycardia is investigational. It has not been approved or cleared for that use and is not available for sale in any market. Information on this site describing that use is provided for scientific and informational purposes. It is not an offer to sell, an advertisement or promotional labeling.
